Coach’s Membership System in Malaysia
Coach membership is rather easy to achieve because each of their bags could go between 2000-5000, so a couple of bags will already let you become the highest tier of VIP. If you don’t know already, the membership refreshes at every 12 months just like Sephora. Here’s what the official statement is:

From what I know, to become a member, you need to reach the following quota: Silver tier (RM2100), Gold tier (RM4000), and Diamond tier (RM10,000). On top of that, there are points that you earn and keep. These points also expire in 12mths time. The points don’t do much except if you aspire to become the top spenders.
I don’t know specifically what the top spenders get, but on occasion, I do meet the ‘surprise’ when it happened. Sometimes they bring out surprise boxes for top spenders like it’s Christmas. A bunch of SAs will celebrate together too. Personally, I shop for durability and long-lastingness, so I’m not aspired to be their top spender.
